In order to promote the good traditions of our ancestors and present the culture and art of the Tajik people, in the country annually holds grand international and republican festivals, competitions, conferences and other events.
The republican festival-competition “One fabric and a hundred colors” and the republican competition “The best cooker” are among the main measures to honor cultural values, and their goal is to increase the feeling of patriotism and self-awareness, pride in patriotism, respect for history and civilization, culture and literature, national and folk customs and rituals, and thus present the high art and craft of the Tajik people.
To celebrate the results of these competitions, a grand event was held in the Khurramshahr recreation center of the Danghara district.
Designers and talented women and girls from town and rural communities and educational institutions of the district exhibited their handicrafts and presented the high art of Tajik women.
At the exhibition, several examples of this ancient Tajik art, such as clothing and household accessories, shirts, embroidery and pillows decorated with various patterns, were presented to the guests.
During the speech, the officials noted, that national culture is considered to be the formative factor of the moral and aesthetic education of every people and nation and plays a decisive role in raising the sense of self-awareness, patriotism and enlightenment, and in the progress of education and upbringing among young people.
In a solemn atmosphere, the best designers, craftswomen, who actively participated in the above-mentioned competitions and the international Navruz celebrations and presented the high and original art of Tajik women were recognized with certificates of honor and gifts from the executive bodies of state power of the district.
At the end of the event, cultural figures delighted everyone with their songs and dances.
