Large-scale construction and development activities are continuing in the city of Tursunzade as part of preparations for the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
With the support of local authorities and the active participation of entrepreneurs and residents, a number of social, administrative and public service facilities are being constructed, including educational institutions, service centers, roads, sports grounds and cultural parks.
According to local officials, the anniversary development plan includes the construction of 459 facilities. To date, more than 95 percent of the planned work has been completed, while construction of the remaining projects is proceeding according to schedule.
Of the total number of facilities, 72 are related to the education sector. New educational institutions and additional classrooms are currently being built in the city’s settlements and rural communities through the initiatives of local entrepreneurs and residents.
The main objective of these projects is to improve living conditions, develop urban infrastructure and ensure a достойное celebration of the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan’s State Independence.
