The declaration of 2026 as the “Year of Expanding Construction and Improvement Works and Strengthening National Self-Awareness” across the country, including Jaloliddin Balkhi District, has been welcomed by residents with a strong sense of patriotism and civic responsibility.
This important initiative has created a favorable foundation for expanding construction and improvement activities, strengthening the sense of national self-awareness, and improving the living conditions of the population, while encouraging residents to become even more active in these efforts.
In this context, the initiative “300 Days of Construction, Creativity, and Responsibility for the Bright Future of the Motherland” has also been launched in Khatlon Region. Within its framework, construction and improvement works are continuing with great enthusiasm in the cities and districts of the region, including Jaloliddin Balkhi District.
To this end, working groups of local executive authorities are conducting explanatory activities, meetings, and discussions with residents through the “village-to-village” and “house-to-house” approach.
The main objective of this initiative is to involve as many residents as possible in the process of development and improvement, strengthen civic responsibility, and promote the progress of the district.
Residents and entrepreneurs of the district are also actively participating in the process of construction and improvement with a high sense of responsibility.
By supporting the constructive initiatives of the state and the Government, they are making a significant contribution to the district’s development and to ensuring достойные living conditions for the people.
It is worth noting that today every resident of Jaloliddin Balkhi District, with a strong sense of patriotic pride, installs the State Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan at their homes, thereby expressing respect and loyalty to the state and the nation.
According to the action plan, in order to properly celebrate the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the repair, reconstruction, and construction of more than 340 multi-purpose facilities have been planned in Jaloliddin Balkhi District.
With the support of local executive authorities and the active participation of residents and entrepreneurs, a large number of the planned facilities have already been commissioned, contributing to the improvement of the district’s social and economic infrastructure.
At the same time, with the arrival of the international holiday of Navruz, landscaping, tree planting, and greening activities have gained new momentum throughout the district.
The district’s farmers are also making effective use of the favorable spring days to expand seasonal fieldwork.
The blossoming of productive orchards, the growth of agricultural crops, and the planting of seasonal produce all reflect the dedicated work of farmers and the abundance of agricultural products.
Overall, the residents of Jaloliddin Balkhi District, in support of the constructive policy of the state and the guidance and instructions of the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, are further intensifying construction, improvement, and greening efforts, while striving for the district’s sustainable development and the upbringing of the younger generation in the spirit of high national self-awareness.
