During the period of state independence, thanks to the initiatives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation – the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, the ancient holiday of the Tajik nation, Navruz, became a global, and it is celebrated every year inside and outside the country with special glory.

As in other cities and districts of the country, the hardworking residents of the ancient city of Kulob welcomed this glorious holiday with high spirits.

To celebrate the international Navruz at a high level, residents of the communities and villages of the city of Kulob, especially women and girls, came to the cultural and recreational park in national clothes and exhibited special Navruz foods in separate corners, including Haftsin and Haftshin, agricultural products, national foods, and achievements in the fields of education, sports, and the economy and social sectors.

Representatives of the executive authority of the city of Kulob and guests visited the Navruz dastarkhon, which was organized by residents of the towns and villages of Kulob and sectoral organizations and departments.

In general, the international Navruz was welcomed and celebrated in the city of Kulob with great splendor.
