The holding of the second forum of young bloggers of Tajikistan entitled “The role of bloggers in the development of dociety, promotion of national culture and values” was considered timely as an important platform for the development of the digital space, increasing information literacy, and strengthening national identity through digital mass media.

The main goal of this forum is to promote state information policy, expand cooperation between bloggers, mass media, and government agencies, as well as the effective use of social networks for community development, and promote the country’s tourist attractions.

Today, bloggers play an important role not only as creators of digital content, but also as leaders of public opinion and promoters of national and cultural values, and can make a significant contribution to development of public opinion, critical thinking, and preventing the spread of false information.
