Sada is one of the seasonal and ceremonial celebrations of the Oriyon people, including the ancestors of the Tajiks, and is welcomed as a symbol of preparation for spring planting and work and the good news of Navruz.

In the Abulqosim Firdavsi Cultural and Recreation Park in Dushanbe, this great celebration of our ancestors, a symbol of culture and the support of the distant history of the Tajiks – Sada and the exhibition of agricultural seeds were celebrated with special splendor.

On this day, the venue became a place of joy and presentation of the achievements of farmers and artisans. At the entrance of the venue, a bonfire, which is a symbol of this holiday, was lit, and residents and guests of the capital danced and sang songs. The park was festively decorated, and in every corner of it, farmers from different areas of the country presented the residents with their handiwork, such as crop seeds, national foods, flowers and ornamental shrubs.

At the venue of the ancient Sada festival, in addition to the exhibition of agricultural plants and crops, folk crafts and other products that represent this celebration, the Committee for Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic presented the country’s tourism opportunities to the participants of the festive festivities.
