In connection with the explanation of the points of the guiding Address of the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, useful conversations, meetings and patriotic promotions events are constantly being held among different segments of society by officials of various state institutions.

Based on the plan of the Executive Body of State Power of Mir Said Ali Hamadoni district, in connection with the explanation of the points of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, to the Majlisi Oli of the country, a series of educational and explanatory events have been organized and are being regularly implemented in rural communities and the district center with the involvement of representatives of various structures and local residents. Such an educational and explanatory event was held in the district center with the participation of representatives of the Executive Body of State Power, health workers, law enforcement officers, soldiers of the military unit and other structures. During the speeches and presentations, the points of the Address of the Head of State were once again explained and it was emphasized that this political document is considered a permanent guide and instruction for all the people of the country to achieve constructive goals.

During the event, reports were presented on expressing the attention, support and care of the Head of State to youth as a future-building force of society and the development of other sectors of the national economy.

The continuation of such educational events in the district education department and in educational schools of the district with the participation of pupils, parents and teachers continued, and opinions were expressed on other areas of the Address of the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, including the development of the field of science and education, support for youth, the status and position of women and their role in building a modern state and the development of society, and it was emphasized that the implementation in practice and the implementation of activities in accordance with the constructive plans and goals of the Address of the Head of State will lay a real foundation for the future of independent Tajikistan.
